The Rise to Shine practise is a simple guided, meditative self-coaching practise that can help you consciously create a life you absolutely love, every day, in every way.

It’s really easy. Just plug in, listen to my voice before breakfast and before bed for between half and hour and an hour for 7 consecutive days.

Seasoned meditators along with those who have never meditated before, have been integrating this simple, hugely impactful self-coaching practise all over the world to help them overcome blocks they didn’t know they had and transform their lives since 2016.
